  • Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
    Yes, this is the perfect gift! Simply use the delivery address for the lucky recipient.
  • When will my box be delivered?

    We normally dispatch boxes within five business days of ordering.

    If you have ordered a seasonal subscription we will send the first box as soon as possible (unless you have requested otherwise) and your remaining seasonal boxes will be sent on these dates:

  • What seeds will I get?

    We carefully choose the seeds based on the climate zone that you are in and the season when the box is sent. We make sure that you get different seeds throughout the year, and each box will contain a herb or edible flower as well as vegetable seeds. We will also vary the seeds from time to time.

    For example, your summer box might contain seeds for
    multi-colour carrots,
    mesclun mix,
    and chives.

  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards.
    Payments are securely processed by eWAY eWAY Payment Gateway
  • Do you ship outside NZ?
    We can only ship to addresses in New Zealand.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Please contact us ( or phone 0210 882 9923) to cancel your order. We will refund you for any boxes that have not been shipped. If no boxes have been shipped then you will be refunded the full order amount. Boxes that have shipped will not be refunded.
  • Can I return my box and get a refund?
