GardenGrow Seasonal Seeds Refund and Return Policy


If a Seasonal Seeds box is found to be damaged or faulty please contact us by email sales@seasonalseeds.nz within three days of receiving the box. You must provide a photo of the damaged box with your email.

Once we have received your email we will advise of the return address. Please return the box and its contents within seven days of receiving the box. You are responsible for paying your own delivery costs for returning your box. The box must be returned unused and in the same condition it was received.

Our policy is to offer a full refund or replacement for a faulty or damaged box.

In some circumstances only a partial refund may be granted:


Refunds will be made to the same credit card that was used in the original purchase.

Cancelled Orders

Please contact us (sales@seasonalseeds.nz or phone 0210 882 9923) to cancel an order. We will refund the order for any boxes that have not been shipped. If no boxes have been shipped then you will be refunded the full order amount. Boxes that have shipped will not be refunded
